Re-Calibration and Certification for the MKI Electrostatic Paint Meter

The DCA Electrostatic Paint Meter has been designed to provide manufacturers and users of electrostatic paints, a reliable and inexpensive means of checking the resistivity of paints. Here at DCA, we understand the need and importance of having test instruments that operate consistently and effectively. We have a team of highly trained and qualified technicians and engineers with a vast amount of knowledge and experience. This enables us to provide you with the confidence and reliability you need to give you the high level of service you require to manage your calibration requirements from start to finish.

  • Why should I calibrate? To maintain the high standards of our test instruments, periodic calibration and servicing is required. This forms a vital part of the maintenance procedure, and gives you the confidence in using your testing, knowing that it is performing within the designed specification.
  • What happens if I don't calibrate? Without periodic calibration an instrument can drift out of the manufacturers specification, unrecognised and potentially lead to fault test readings. Our highly skilled engineers carry out calibration in a temperature controlled laboratory to ensure precise accuracy for readings.
  • Quality of calibration service - With DCA Electrostatics you can have the confidence in using a quality approved company as we work to quality procedures in accordance to ISO 9001:2008 (BSI certificate no. Q05356).
  • What are the benefits of using DCA?
  • Detailed calibration certificates offering before and after test results
  • Annual calibration reminders
  • Re-calibration
  • Fast and effective turnaround times
  • Competitive calibration prices
