Static Removal Gun - Simco Ionizing Blow-off Gun Top Gun

Simco Ionizing Blow-off Gun Top Gun easily removes stubborn flock fibres from surfaces by getting rid of troublesome charges that are responsible for the attraction of fibres to product surfaces. The Top Gun is designed for the user's comfort with a flexible cord and easy-to-use gun trigger switch. The blow-off gun accepts both compressed air or inert gases; including nitrogen. UL and CUL approved.
The Top Gun is a useful addition to any user of flock, and our flocking equipment.

Features
Lightweight, Ergonomic Design
Flow Control Valve for Adjustable Airflow
Electrically balanced ion output
Integrated, Replaceable Filter-Nozzle
Ionization Indicator Light

Benefits
Maximum user comfort prevents operator fatigue and increases productivity
Airflow use that meets the specific application requirements
Protects ESD sensitive components and assemblies
Insures air contacting the target area is clean
Eliminates the guesswork of ionization at the target area

Applications
Flat-panel Display
Life Sciences
Electronics Manufacturing
Back-end Semiconductor Processing

Ideal for "Point-of-Use" Ionization. The lightweight & ergononic gun hose allows the operator to point the gun nozzle directly at the target on final electronic assembly stations.
