Premium Silicone Adhesive for flocking applications.

Dow Corning 734 Silicone Adhesive is a single component, flowable adhesive that allows for good adhesion to other silicone rubbers.  Dow Corning 734 cures to a tough, waterproof and flexible rubber. Dow Corning 734 will begin to skin-over within 7 minutes, and completely cure within 24 hours at room temperature. As Dow Corning 734 cures by reaction with moisture in the air, keep the container tightly sealed when not in use. It is suitable for application by paint brush or roller only.

Dow Corning 734 is the only adhesive (we have found!) that will allow for flocking to be applied on other silicone rubber substrates.

There are various ways to apply this adhesive and the following methods can be used:

•    Paint Brush
•    Paint Roller
•    Squeegee

The adhesive must not be applied to any part of the substrate that does not require flocking. Those areas should be covered with a mask or sealed off with masking tape.
