Premium MECOFLOCK D404 Adhesive & MECODUR H4040 Hardener for flocking applications.

MECOFLOCK D404 flocking adhesive is a specially formulated two-component water based textile adhesive, designed for use on a wide range of natural and synthetic fabrics through dispersion-based and screen printing processes. MECOFLOCK D404 is suitable for manual screen printing as well as on automatic screen printing carousels, and will dry transparent.

MECOFLOCK D404 when cross-linked with the MECODUR H4040, show very good washing and dry cleaning resistance up to 90°C. We recommend the addition of 5% MECODUR H4040 when drying/curing with heat. MECOFLOCK D404 will require heat curing - 30-40minutes at 80°C - 100°C or 4-6minutes at 130°C-140°C, after which the material must be stored for 24 hours at room temperature (at least 20°C).
