Flocking Lab - Single Self-Contained Swab Flocking Lab
The DCA Flocking Lab is an effective accompaniment to the flocking process. Our Flocking Lab allows for automated flocking of medical swabs in a dedicated space, whilst providing containment from airborne flock fibres. Not only does this provide a cleaner environment to improve your productivity and work efficiency, but it also aids with the recycling of flock fibres. Our single self-contained Flocking Labs are a very effective way of flocking large numbers of swabs in a short period of time.
The Medical Swab Flocking Lab can be supplied with two swab jigs - each holding 49 2.3mm diameter swabs on a 7 x 7 matrix. The swab jigs are fitted with stand offs and cam locks to ensure that the correct exposed length of swab stick is maintained and locked in position. Additional Swab Jigs are available at a cost of GBP £415.00 each.
