Premium Polyurethane Adhesive for flocking applications.
5399 Aqueous Polyurethane is a general purpose adhesive specially formulated for processes involving flock. 5399 is suitable in the flock coating of wood, MDF, plastic, polpropylene, polyster film, PVC, ABS and nylon. 5399 Aqueous Polyurethane is water resistant, durable and stain-resistant when cured. It air dries to touch in 10 minutes and is completely cured in 24hrs, at normal room temperatures.

There are various ways to apply this adhesive and the following methods can be used (although some will be more successful after the viscosity of the adhesive has been reduced).
• Paint Brush
• Paint Roller
• Spray Gun
• Screen Printing*
The adhesive must not be applied to any part of the substrate that does not require flocking. Those areas should be covered with a mask or sealed off with masking tape.
*If this is applied by screen printing, ensure that the screen is clean immediately after use.
