Premium EVA Adhesive for flocking applications.

619 Latex Flocking Adhesive is a specialist flocking adhesive, primarily used for flocking onto latex rubber, foam rubber and other such substrates. It produces a highly flexible, durable, water and humidity resistant finish. It air dries/cures to touch in 10minutes, and completely within 5 hours.

Aqueous Latex Adhesive is most commonly used when flocking onto prosthetic masks made from latex rubber.

If you are interested in buying in bulk, please contact us for pricing.

There are various ways to apply this adhesive and the following methods can be used (although some will be more successful after the viscosity of the adhesive has been reduced).

•    Paint Roller
•    Spray Gun
•    Squeegee

It should be noted that cured adhesive surfaces that are not covered by flock will act like a contact adhesive.

The adhesive must not be applied to any part of the substrate that does not require flocking. Those areas should be covered with a mask or sealed off with masking tape.
