Sorry this product is out of stock

Premium Vinyl Adhesive for flocking applications.

9888 Aqueous Vinyl is a medium viscosity adhesive, with excellent adhesion to plastic films, and is therefore suitable for polyester, polystyrene, PVC and coated cellophane. 9888 Vinyl is water-based product that air dries to touch in 10 minutes, and completely within 24 hours. In its cured state it is a flexible translucent film, that stays water resistant to cool and warm temperatures.

If you are interested in buying in bulk, please contact us for pricing.

There are various ways to apply this adhesive and the following methods can be used (although some will be more successful after the viscosity of the adhesive has been reduced).

•    Paint Brush
•    Paint Roller
•    Spray Gun
•    Screen Printing*

The adhesive must not be applied to any part of the substrate that does not require flocking.  Those areas should be covered with a mask or sealed off with masking tape.

*If this is applied by screen printing, ensure that the screen is clean immediately after use.
